Went in because of extreme TMJ pain & left still in pain. Dr. Bui was rude & unprofessional. Told me I was under stress causing my TMJ but wouldn't treat me & never even examined me at all. Will not be going back nor would I recommend them .
They do not value their patients time at all. I arrived 5 minutes before my schedule appointment, they sat me in a chair and just left me there. 50 minutes later as I was getting frustrated I looked over at the tools they planned on using in my mouth and the tools were dirty, there appeared to be either food of a bugger stuck to the side of one of the tools so that made me look more closely at the rest of the tools and they all looked dirty. I have to give Ashley a shout out for her compassion and patience. Out of nowhere I’ve been dealing with a dental crisis and the anxiety it has given me (I’ve always cared for my teeth so I’m going through it) definitely takes a special person to deal. She has squeezed me in three times within a weeks time, alongside Dr. bui, who also has really taken the time to hear me out and address my concerns. My son has been going to 1st dental, for about a year now. The staff has been nice andd great.. but Dr. Bui on the other hand, you can tell that all he wants to do is get the job done quickly and get on with his day. A few months ago i took my son for a cavity fill. We had to wait 25min to get brought back. After being brought back in, they applied the nitrous gas on my son and left the room.
