They will promise you all the aides and help... does NOT happen!! Day 1, aide didn't show. They sent another aide, but the one we did not want (from a meet & greet, and she came in our home smelling bad with weed). They sent her, since they had NO one else!! She had a 4 arrest felony past and she was sent in my house alone with my husband...who ended up stealing his credit card, after 21 charges... she's arrested. They said they do back ground checks.
