This guy came to install anti-virus software on my computer (I could have dome my self but it's a company thing) when he left the computer runs slower and wont play video anymore. I call him and ask him correct the mistake he made, so he comes out and takes my computer for days and fixes nothing. Downloaded some updates from Microsoft, which did not correct any problems and then returned it unfixed. The kicker, he charged \$275.00 to correct the problem he caused and then didn't even do that.
