After driving to this location, I parked in the 25 ft spot and the person agreed that the vehicle fit in the spot. He then measured the vehicle and said it was slightly bigger (about 26 ft) than the length designated for that spot so he would let me park in that spot but would charge me a higher rate for a 30 ft spot even though I could still park in the 25 ft spot.
