Great business! Evan is incredibly nice and genuine. He noticed we had a bunch of packages sitting on our front steps when he arrived and helped me carry them inside! Then proceeded to answer all our questions thoroughly. He just seems to be a good man and I am looking forward to doing more business with him for all our plumbing needs.
Had used them a few times for small kitchen/bathroom projects. Always fast response and honest/fair pricing. High quality work every time. Would highly recommends this contractor.
We love these people! They are very friendly and provide a high quality job. Plus, we always learn helpful tips such as leaving a wrench by the water shut off valve for the house. Thank you, we took advantage of that previous tip today!! It was so handy having the wrench hanging right by the valve. We were able to quickly shut off the water to the house while we cleaned up and waited for you to come fix a new leak. Again, thank you for sharing knowledge, being so friendly, and providing excellent service!
Had water leaking from shower in basement, flooding the bathroom and adjacent bedroom. They came and looked at it and determined they couldn't figure it out. Here's the 1st class part though, they handed us a bill for $200 that needed to be paid on the spot. Incompetence must be a business motto for this company. Thanks
I was referred by Angi’s list for a job that involved installing grab bars into walk in shower. First class contacted me and a service man came to see the job and give me a quote. We agreed on price and scheduled a date/time for early morning the following week. On the scheduled day I received a call from someone at their business askinng me to describe the shower which I thought was strange since someone had already come to see it and give me a bid.
