Had water leaking from shower in basement, flooding the bathroom and adjacent bedroom. They came and looked at it and determined they couldn't figure it out. Here's the 1st class part though, they handed us a bill for $200 that needed to be paid on the spot. Incompetence must be a business motto for this company. Thanks
I was referred by Angi’s list for a job that involved installing grab bars into walk in shower. First class contacted me and a service man came to see the job and give me a quote. We agreed on price and scheduled a date/time for early morning the following week. On the scheduled day I received a call from someone at their business askinng me to describe the shower which I thought was strange since someone had already come to see it and give me a bid. Walk-in-tub install was second project done for me by 1st Class Plumbing. Paul and his crew went above and beyond to get my project done in detail. Paul installed a new water heater to accommodate the new tub. I knew from the outset I would not have to worry about the quality of the plumbing for this vital project. Connie at the office is part of this elating experience. 1st Class all the way.
Services were done for my parents. Evan was extremely thorough with three things that needed attention. On time and pleasant. Great job!
I would highly recommend 1st Class. They were able to fix my kitchen plumbing, and install other bathroom fixtures. They were quick to schedule and did a great job. I'm very happy with the services provided and will be a repeat customer.
