We contacted First Choice following a water main leak in the first floor of our property in Leavenworth in March of 2025. They responded pretty quickly, and were able to remove the water and damaged materials within two weeks. This part of the job was done well, and appreciated. We signed a contract for mold mitigation, removal, and repair of the structure to it's original condition for around $40,000. Then the problems started. Cainen was called over for water damage under my water heater (fun!) he was super kind and empathetic about the whole situation he talked me through my options and what needed to be done. Honestly super amazing people and they did an amazing job! Made sure everything was 100% dry and restored flooring under the water heater as well. I couldn’t thank them enough and would 1000% work with them again!
