Hired them for a fire restoration. At a month in they where working fine. At two months some trouble was starting could t get a hold of the project manager anymore. People stopped showing up as often. The. Another project manager took over and the project really went to hell. Work slowed to a crawl. The project manager would not answer the phone and replied with text messages or emails that did not answer my questions. We contacted First Choice following a water main leak in the first floor of our property in Leavenworth in March of 2025. They responded pretty quickly, and were able to remove the water and damaged materials within two weeks. This part of the job was done well, and appreciated. We signed a contract for mold mitigation, removal, and repair of the structure to it's original condition for around $40,000. Then the problems started.
