Had to have a hot water heater replaced. Called on Friday, came on Saturday to discuss situation, installed on Sunday. I work multiple days and strange hours, but they worked to accommodate me. Will was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the install and product before he left. Thanks for having a great employee like Will. I highly recommend 1st Choice for your needs.

Just used these guys to install a brand new air conditioning system. They were on point from the time we called for a quote until the job was done. We looked at other companies and got other quotes, but the fact that this is a local family owned and operated business could not be overlooked. I was referred to 1st Choice Plumbing a couple months ago for a water leak. I was extremely impressed with their response time and expertise to fix the problem. Yesterday, I discovered my water heater leaking all over my backyard so first instinct was to contact Matthew at 1st Choice! We have a water leak and called literally 9 plumbers all recommended and NONE could assist us for the next 48 hours and a NEIGHBOR suggested 1St Choice. Bingo they replied as advertised and a young MAN named William De Leon showed us and went to work. He needed a PART and I took him to HOME DEPOT in Encinitas where he charged the part to his companies account and in next 60 minutes repaired pipe after cutting a needed hole in stucco. I called the office yesterday TWICE and requested the Plumber call back, so could explain my plumbing problems. I wait for the entire day - NO CALL BACK. This very UNPROFESSIONAL. But thank you anyway for being ???

This is my first time using 1st choice and I would recommend them !! Will and Josh make a good team !! I (had ) a nat or drain flys problem Will even found a root problem when snaking the toilet a further problem if not addressed !! Thank you Josh for entrducing me to Bio Clean !!
