I had never heard of this facility but found on my insurance carriers website while searching estimated costs. Their rates are half what other urgent cares would have cost me! They also took me in last minute before trying to close up. I'm in customer service and it kills me when someone walks in the door 10 mins before closing but they welcomed me with a smile and took care of my needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. I will definitely be back.

Quick in and out service with friendly staff
The front desk woman acted like I was an inconvenience and she had more important things to do, very short and impatient while closing the glass after taking my paperwork while saying nothing. The nurse was kind and polite. I was there for a drug test for pre-employment, won't chose that place again. I have never been treated so out of the way at any medical facility as this one.
Very clean, professional and friendly staff with a quick response time
I was very pleased with the care I received when I went there a couple of days ago. I am feeling much better. All the staff were very caring and professional! The wait was very short and the discharge instructions were clear and very helpful. I highly recommend the 1st Choice Urgent Care in Jonesville to everyone in our area.
