Excellent n professional emergency services Staff is very friendly and they got me into see the Dr pretty fast Will use them again if I need to in the future.
I just was seen at 1st Choice. I was treated very well. The doctor was thorough and did a complete evaluation of my problem. It is a very convenient place for episodic care.
Don’t bother going if there’s something really going on. Sat in the lobby for 2 hours waiting to be seen just to be told they couldn’t treat me cause they weren’t equipped for what I needed (fluids). They don’t triage so it would have been apparent earlier on that they couldn’t treat me but they sure took my money first. No treatment with recommendation to go to the ER (for another couple of hours). NEVER AGAIN.
Clean facility, friendly service and short wait time.
It is the first time visiting this clinic for pre employment stuff.. the atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming. From the front staff to nurse and also PA, the treatment of patients and attention was refreshing. Time of service from sign in to getting called back to be seeing was surprisingly good. Staff is great! Wait times have always been minimal. Kayleigh Harris, PA has always been very personable and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in the area.
