I thought this was a great company (THOUGHT) We have been trying to get a situation resolved that was cancelled a few months ago something so simple call 1st Choice they tell us call someone else but when we call the someone else they tell us exactly what 1st Choice needs to do and that we needed to call 1st Choice back when we did that I spoke with multiple people who never tried to help or really listen only to keep telling us to call the someone else back and of course the someone else says again 1st Choice has to do it a... read more

they have not been very helpful no communication on if your aid will even show up . if you don't call they will not call you , and if you complain nothing changes no matter who you talk to . i have asked for the person over the office manager and was told there is not one then story changed and she said i can got get ahold of them . i was told i would get a call back on Monday and now here it is Thursday and no call . also may times my aid was asked to leave me early to go take care of another client that also happened today... read more

Great place to work everytime I call I receive great customer service work from a male in the Jonesboro office.
