they have not been very helpful no communication on if your aid will even show up . if you don't call they will not call you , and if you complain nothing changes no matter who you talk to . i have asked for the person over the office manager and was told there is not one then story changed and she said i can got get ahold of them . i was told i would get a call back on Monday and now here it is Thursday and no call . also may times my aid was asked to leave me early to go take care of another client that also happened today... read more
Great place to work everytime I call I receive great customer service work from a male in the Jonesboro office.
This place is sad. Your loved ones are getting older and not able to do much so they send in 1st choice. But first choice is horrid. they will work someone 3 hours out of the day for one person then once that aid leave no one else comes in for that person so they could be there by themselves for 15-20 hours a day. It’s gross to see office workers not caring about the loved ones. It’s even worse when the aid that steals gets away free and y’all do nothing about it. She goes MIA right after stealing and y’all think she’s done ... read more
