Igor and Daniel and Denis have been fantastic in the yearly maintenance and being fair when I ask specific questions. They are not here to sell me more services or things I do not need. I ask questions and they answer them honestly. I kept 1st choice heating and air when I bought the house because they had familiarity with the house and I am so glad I did. If I move and it is in the same area, I will absolutely be calling them. I could not be happier to support a local business and one that is as fantastic as 1st choice
I booked an appointment online in the morning for a thermostat replacement, I received a call with 30 minutes to discuss my job, Igor said he would be at my home between 1-3pm, he arrived and installed my thermostat in minutes. I have been trying to get someone to install this for almost a year and had so many issues until Igor came and sorted it out. I highly recommend 1st Choice for your heating and air needs.
