First choice facilitators was instrumental in setting up in-home service for my friend. We were lost when we were told he would come home from rehab and during COVID.But they advised and directed us. Unprofessional, lacks communication skills. Involves personal issues with business. A caseworker contacted me via Facebook to schedule a home visit for my mother. Unacceptable line of communication. I do not recommend their services. They ended my mother's services due to an isse they had with my personal caregiver that had nothing to do with my mother.. They caused my caregiver to miss 8 weeks of pay.
