I’ve worked with First Choice for years, and they have always been on my and my family’s side to make sure we keep services and the work on me navigating this impossible system has been minimized. They are life saving saints.
Unprofessional, lacks communication skills. Involves personal issues with business. A caseworker contacted me via Facebook to schedule a home visit for my mother. Unacceptable line of communication. I do not recommend their services. They ended my mother's services due to an isse they had with my personal caregiver that had nothing to do with my mother.. They caused my caregiver to miss 8 weeks of pay.
