End of last winter got very low on propane called to have tank filled with impending cold front possibly coming. Stephanie said I'd get a delivery before the weekend. Never got it our house got very cold that whole weekend. Called Monday asked what happened and told them stephanie said we'd get our delivery before the past weekend. Was told she doesn't do the scheduling. There customer service sucks they lie then deny when confronted. Hate doing business with them.
I have been a loyal pre buy customer. I always get the best rates and as a pre buy customer you can opt for autofill at no additional cost. It makes having propane as headache free as natural gas.
We have had this company for 2 years and the worst service I’ve ever had!
9 days for delivery after they immediately charge your account after ordering a full tank. Was told when I ordered it was gonna be 7-10 days because of the weather conditions, come to find out two drivers wrecked and totalled the trucks and got fired. Called to ask when it would be delived to plan our heating situation during the days it was -10 and was lied to about when it was coming. Spent an extra $200 on heaters and almost lost some of our pets. No receipt left at delivery. Terrible company and terrible people behind it... read more
