9 days for delivery after they immediately charge your account after ordering a full tank. Was told when I ordered it was gonna be 7-10 days because of the weather conditions, come to find out two drivers wrecked and totalled the trucks and got fired. Called to ask when it would be delived to plan our heating situation during the days it was -10 and was lied to about when it was coming. This is not a propane company, it is an excuse company. If you want to stay warm and not run out of propane, avoid this company. Very poor customer service. Rude people answering the phones.You get the impression that they don't care if your pipes freeze, or that you can't cook or heat water. They just don't care. When spring comes we are ditching these clowns
I switched to 1st Choice from a vendor that I had used for ten years because of the poor service I had received. 1st Choice was very kind and helpful to me in this transition. I would have given them five stars, but I wish their prices were a little less.
Called on Thursday to get filled. Its Sunday and still nobody has come out. Now we are completely out and have a toddler. Every time we call they give us an excuse. But they sure as hell took the money from our account
I tried to call HR and there's this woman who answer the phone goes by the name Kerri or whatever she spells her name. She was the most unprofessional person I've ever heard . I suggest if you call this place stay away from Kerri she will ruin your day.
