I paid 10K for this smile. Dental surgery and three crowns. My crown in the front is slightly discolored and the office manager, Holly, was unwilling to help me. I asked her to escalate things to the office owner and she denied my request, stating she is the last stop... I was extremely disappointed and was voicing this displeasure in her office but said it was time for me to leave or she would call the police. Hi Anthony, we pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide, you included. If you read the other reviews on here, you will see this. The situation that happened today was unacceptable. You never expressed any concern to our doctor or with the treatment until you were with our office manager. It is never okay to speak to another person the way you spoke to her today. I absolutely love this Dentist. We have been going to them for over 4 years now and Dr. Vaughn is absolutely amazing. Reasonable, thorough and always able to schedule our family in a timely manor for regular cleanings and emergencies.
The staff is excellent and the service is wonderful.
So glad to see Dr. Vaughn and Amy! The building is wonderful - as the experience! Highly recommend !
