Ive been living here for a while now. When i first moved in it was ment to be just for 1 year, but im still here going on my 4th. Living here is convenient and quiet. Im very happy with the cleanliness and upkeep. I would say Sammi the young lady who manages our building is who we need to thank for this. I feel the biggest peace of mind is always having my parking spot available when i come home after a long day. She keeps up on towing cars that dont belong here. Shes one of the reasons im not going anywhere anytime soon!!
Living at 1st Ave Lofts has been a great experience. The building blends historic character with modern updates, giving it a unique, upscale feel. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The units get great natural light, and the rooftop and fitness center are awesome perks. The property manager is great as well—very responsive and easy to work with. Overall, it’s a stylish and convenient place to live.
- Walls are made of cardboard. This isn't "apartment living", it's having zero privacy. See holes in wall. - Airbnb's were not disclosed. Nefarious activity is regular - Parking not enforced. Enjoy parking in a garage 2 blocks away - Front door didn't lock for months. Very safe. - Leave it cleaner than when you moved in and they will likely scam you with your security deposit. -And they'll try to raise your rent by $100 after a year. Wouldn't recommend an SVN TRCA property to anyone.
