Impossible to get questions answered and answered clearly at that. They have no problem reading emails and just completely disregarding them because they themselves have no answers. It’s very frustrating when you have genuine concerns and questions. This is where we live, and pay a large amount of money to live, it is a big deal that concerns are going unanswered.
I’m so tired of hearing “this is a new subdivision for me so I’m not yet familiar with the covenants, let me look it over tonight and get back to you or you could look”. It’s been months and you still don’t know?? If you were given an additional subdivision then it’s your job to know these things! Also, I feel the people selling the homes should be more knowledgeable in these ridiculous covenants as well. Those rules may help people from making a big financial mistake! I know I’m kicking myself!
They are rude and unhelpful. They also do not take care of the properties in any timely matter. They don’t handle your requests with any priority. I don’t care how many neighborhoods they manage. Our neighborhood only cares about ours. If you can’t handle simple authorizations then you need to hire more people so you can manage properly and in a timely matter. Do not move where this company manages the properties.
Property Manager Tricia Burns just saw to it that our service request was responded to immediately here in Aberdeen. She is an excellent representative of 1st American’s professionalism.
