Got a tattoo here a few years ago..Guy dug in so deep and left perminant scars...got infected. Was told he was a traveling artist...and that he had most experience with white ink... I was on vacation and the place came highly recommended... on bonus side it was clean and they were friendly, but wouldn't return.
