Laura my hygienist was fantastic. She was informative about issues I had and helped guide me on next steps.
Dr. Ho is great. He makes you feel comfortable
Dentist and dental techs are all pleasant and efficient. The person who scheduled and checks in patients is not pleasant or efficient. She gave me problems scheduling my appointment yo get my crown which was paid in February and the appointment was rescheduled several time until the current appointment in July. I told her I just needed to come in and get the crown placed and she argued that she didn’t know if it was ready. There are other things I don’t feel like typing. But I am considering finding a new dentist office
It’s been several days and multiple attempts, they don’t pick up the phone or call you back.
