Very Happy with the new dentist - Dr. Ho - a VERY welcomed change from the prior. Both hygienist and Dentist were professional and kind. My confidence in continuing with this practice has been restored. I was prepared to change from the prior dentist. Didn’t like the chair reclined so far. Big problem for my back and chaining which the hygienist didn’t initially accommodate but eventually adjusted the chair so I could endure the process. This did not detract from my confidence in her. She was excellent.
My appointment was great. However, the petite receptionist with the blonde hair was annoying and intrusive. While I was being helped and checked out by a different receptionist, she butted into our conversation and basically took over the checkout. If this was done in a polite and discreet way to support the other staff that would’ve been nice, but it was the opposite. Checkup with First Advantage Dental of Saratoga. My hygienist, Jill, was wonderful. Donna helped with an insurance issue, the receptionist was very nice, and the dentist was thorough and helpful. Great experience!
