I used to love this practice and have followed Dr Keihl from other locations because she is a great dentist who cares about her patients. However lately I’ve dealt with issue after issue with this location and will be seeking a new dentist. Not only on one occasion but two now I have been given services told to be covered by insurance only to be hit with insane bills after the fact because their front office staff isn’t trained properly to provide proper information.
