Don’t get flat tires or have to miss appointments due to the stomach bug or mandatory overtime over YEARS time with calling WITH a heads up because they will NOT work with you. They will instead dismiss you from the practice. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!! Don’t you dare be human beings people.
RecommendedI came in today and had a great experience i even told my husband how happy i was with the way they treated me and told him to make a appointment with the women i saw asap they were awsome and made me feel super comfortable even with my bad anxiety i have never had a better experience of a dentist who knew what they were doing in the region in my life i am so thankful for the women who worked on me today Thank You
They counted my missed appointment against me after I drove halfway there and accidentally locked my keys in my car. I asked if they could make an exception and because I couldn’t come back at 3 (the time I’m supposed to pick my son up). They said they couldn’t work with me. Nice. Because emergencies don’t ever happen right? But if I come in and you’re a little bit behind I have to wait half an hour and I can’t charge you for that! 🤣 Rude
Very unprofessional, rescheduling appointments last minute after waiting two months to be seen! Highly disappointed as I was a patient of this practice for 3+ years!
Dr. Kiehl is exceptional and the chemistry between Dr. Kiehl and her staff is a great fit! I have nothing negative to say - I'm very lucky to have the opportunity to be Dr. Kiehl's patient. Thoughtful, empathetic, caring, considerate....!

I LOVE this office and it’s staff! The receptionists and assistants and hygienists are AMAZING and Dr Kiehl is the hands down best dentist I’ve ever been to. I can not sing her praises enough! Thank you to this office and everyone in it for all that you do!
The people, from the receptionist to the dentist and hygienist were so kind. They did not judge for the condition my teeth were in but instead set out a plan of action to fix the problems before my wedding. Thank you so much for your professionalism and you kindness. I do not like going to the dentist at all, it gives me bad anxiety but you made me feel as comfortable as I could be.
They all make me feel @ ease & explain everything in full detail, very clearly. They don't do unnecessary work.
