The worst customer service ever! Donna, the receptionist is rude talked over me the whole conversation. (one sided conversation). Donna would not let me make an appointment two weeks out that the other 1st Advantage surgeon said was imperative to make that day due to COVID-19 backup. My husband had the same issue with her as well. (pre-COVID). The dentist and hygienists are great. RecommendedMy mother has a fear of dentists and had an emergency tooth need. She was so happy to be treated with such kindness and caring people. She loved everyone who she came in contact with. Dr.Natalie Barclay was her dentist and she was very happy with her and will be going back there. She highly recommends this office
Don’t get flat tires or have to miss appointments due to the stomach bug or mandatory overtime over YEARS time with calling WITH a heads up because they will NOT work with you. They will instead dismiss you from the practice. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!! Don’t you dare be human beings people.
I found this office after a terrible experience at another chain dental office and was so pleasantly surprised with the care I received. Dr. Shah was patient, kind and knowledgeable. From my first visit, I felt comfortable with each staff member I encountered. I felt like they were listening to me and not just selling me on the most expensive treatment options. I was referred to the Clifton Park Office for a surgical procedure and was just as pleased with that experience.
Always goes smoothly and no wait ever. Gabby is the best Hygienist I’ve ever been to 😊

RecommendedI had the worst tooth pain ever. I of course do not have the best insurance out there. I called 1st advantage and told them my problem they got me in for an appointment the same day I was shocked! I was so excited. when I got to my appointment as soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and hello's! it was very comforting. once I was seen by the dentist and he noticed my issue he offered immediate help to resolve my problem. he did it quick & I was very pleased! his assistant was very nice as well!
