Unit looks way better than it was installed originally.. The 2 gentlemen were very friendly and respectful. Price was an ouch but all perfect. Most important part I have AC Will call again if needed.
After 27 years my ac just wouldn't keep up. Called Brandon at 1st action (who I've used in the past) and they were able to get out to check the unit. After discussing option we decided a whole new system was warranted. They were able to get me on the schedule within 2 days. The installation went smooth, the installers were on time and very friendly and competent. The whole experience was very good and I recommend 1st action.
Was able to book service in less than 24 hours. Prompt arrival and service. Service specialists explained any issues and corrections they needed to make. Very thorough and Professional. Will definitely continue to use 1st ACTION for all of my plumbing heating and air conditioning issues!
