Genuinely awful. Called days in advance and scheduled an appointment for 10am on a thursday. Person on the phone said to expect a call back from a rep, never received the call. I continued to call them to confirm the appointment and check in, was told over and over again to expect a call I never got. 10am comes, no call, no show. I call again and met with the same response.
