I was looking for care services for my mom and luckily found 1Heart Caregiver. I’m so happy that I met January. She explained what services we can expect. January was so helpful. When we met Lynn who is my mom’s caregiver, she instantly made us feel comfortable. I’m glad my mom has Lynn in her life, Lynn is very attentive and I have to say has made my life a bit easier. Being in Canada while my grandma is in Santa Clara isn’t easy, but January and her team have given me so much peace of mind. They take such good care of her and truly treat her like family. Knowing she’s in good hands makes all the difference when you’re miles away. I’m so thankful for their support and care. Highly recommend.

I was extremely happy with the care January and her team provided for my father. They listened carefully to the complex instructions for his medication. They complied perfectly, documented thoroughly, and were always kind and friendly to him. They are caring professionals I highly recommend.
