I have used 1Heart Caregiver Services multiple times to transport my brother to and from appointments. My brother has dementia and is somewhat uncomfortable around people he doesn't know. He has said several times now how much he enjoys the people from 1Heart. He says everyone is kind and patient. This is such a relief to me as I try and manage his health care from across the country. These folks are, indeed, kind and patient and make my life so much easier!

They are available to help at any time, whether it's 5 in the morning or late at night. Their support extends to accompanying you on visits, running errands, ensuring you stay on track with necessary routines, and even preparing meals. Their dedication and compassion make them one of the best support systems in the LA area.

1Heart Caregiver Service is the best. When my dad got sick with Parkinson’s and needed a caregiver a few years ago we found 1Heart. Rhea and her team came up with a custom plan to assist my dad while keeping him safe in his home where he lived with my mom. The caregiver helped exercise him, helped dress and shower him and drove he and my mom to his medical appointments.
