I've been going to this clinic ever since I moved to Toronto, and over the years I've had several family doctors. Dr. Aryan is by far the best. Really poor time management. I called 2 hours before my appointment to see if there was any availability. Booked me in 11:30. I asked at 12:10pm if there were more people ahead of me and was told yes "there are a few". Dr. Renata is great but I really don't appreciate the double/triple bookings. Clinics are of course there to make money but not at the expense of the patient's convenience. Appointments are offered in 15 mins increments but you’ll be waiting a minimum of 25 minutes no matter how on time you are. Budget your schedule accordingly.
Dr. Aryan is simply the best. He is not only thorough and knowledgeable, but also has an excellent bedside manner. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about finding solutions for his patients. You can tell that his patients’ health and well-being are his top priorities. I understand that our healthcare system is backlogged and that many family physicians are overworked. Dr Aryan is my family doctor and he’s a gem. Same as the Persian front desk lady. The pharmacy connected also has really nice staff members. Only complaint is sometimes they run behind schedule with appointments (both in person and phone) but I can understand that family doctors are very busy right now.
