This company is very poorly managed. They leave patients hanging without notice. Then they lie about what’s really going on. First things first “It is SAID that they cannot provide the care the patient needs. Yet they signed on took the patient anyway? 🤔 And are saying more than a year later that they cannot provide her care, they do not provide her type of care?? Really a mind blower! I dealt with 1Care's two different departments as well as the hospice division for my husband's health care and hospice up to his passing. Everyone from 1Care for every step was so informative, helpful, and most importantly made the steps happen immediately with no delays ever. Their efficiency made the process so much easier and eased my mind. I definitely recommend 1Care if anyone is in need of home health care and /or hospice.
Everyone there is wonderful! Marlon is the best anything I needed he helped me get for my daughter. Dacia is great also she came out to the hospital to visit my daughter and was there for me during the hardest time of my life. The whole team was very supportive. I really miss them and thank you for taking great care of Joleena. I highly recommend them.
