Very nice staff, with valet parking close to the path train. Great location, great prices.
99 % of employees at this location are very reliable and professional. I was parking there for 5+ years without any issues. But 06/26/2025 Incident happened with my car. One of them damaged my car and claimed that I DID IT MYSELF! Always inspect your car for damages when giving it to them and when picking it up. Even the person who did this was fired, according to the manager of this facility, their Claims department did not admit it, still. Extremely rude male staff that exclusively decided to help out all male customers while denying me service.
Highly recommended. Great Service by Ivan and Juan.
Easy in and out. Attendant gave an attitude at me for not requesting the car 15 minutes earlier, but I worked with a client next building over so wasn’t sure when I’d finish. Other wise I would have requested it earlier. Not professional at all, especially since they’re just sitting on their phone, why give others a hard time? $5 tip stays with me.
