Current resident, could not be more unhappy with the new management. I’ll be leaving as soon as I can. I would give 0 stars if I could!
Look somewhere else. As of June 2023 the new management is not nice and very rude. Main pedestrian door keypad has been broken since we moved in and management seems not to care to fix it. No AC so you are required to open your windows often during the summer months. Our security deposit was played with and we had to escalate this to corporate management, luckily we got what we wanted since they did withhold our deposit for longer than the required CA law requires.
