This was supposed to be a long term rental for the next 6-8 years while our kids finished school. However, it was decided in the first 3 hours that we had made a mistake. Our "make ready" home was in need of finishing, i.e. the thermostat did not work, the hood vent was installed to just the kitchen roof,( no ventilation ran through the ceiling), the back yard gate was in disrepair so the dogs were able to come and go as they pleased. I would not recommend renting from this company. One of the biggest surprises was that they conduct inspections twice a year where they take photos throughout your home, including inside closets. I wasn’t made aware of the extent of these inspections before signing my lease, and it felt like a major invasion of privacy. Maintenance was also frustrating. They expected me to pay to repair a toilet that was literally deteriorating from age and normal wear and tear, which shouldn’t have been my responsibility. They also charged... read more

1907 has been one of the best property management companies I've experienced! Everyone is super sweet, it didn't matter who answered the phone when I called, it was wonderful, quick service everytime! 6/11 Update: Spoke with Brian the morning of 6/10 and we discussed a path forward that didn't involve processing an eviction on the last month, since it wouldn't even be processed until after our move date anyway. (Worth noting, this is the only time we've ever been late on rent during the entire lease.) This morning I get charged with $250 for processing an eviction. So I'm not seeing words matching actions.
