I’ve known Conner Mathis for a very long my whole entire life. I’ll say this he’s someone that will go above and beyond for his customers to make sure they are getting TOP NOTCH service. He cares about his customers his people you won’t be disappointed working with him reach out to him for your property needs, he will make sure you get treated right!
I have lived in a house under their management for about a year and a half, and I couldn’t be more pleased! I’ve always had a standard land lord when I didn’t own, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. There’s never a hassle, the people are friendly, the maintenance team has always been friendly and quick to address any issues I’ve had! I’d highly recommend! I would gladly rent from these guys again!
VERY professional and respectful company and staff. I've had the pleasure of working with Dave, Karen, and Jazmine. The showing was set up through Dave and was smooth he was great and very friendly. Karen called me 3 days before move-in to welcome me and let me know who she was and if I even needed her to call. Jazmine called the day before move-in to make sure on time for key pickup. All around a smooth process. Very excited to get settled in our new home as we move in today @ 1 eeekkk
