Have lived in a house under this company for a few years now, really enjoy the yearly seasonal checks and reasonable rent prices.

Great company very professional, always diligent when there's a maintenance request, Jasmine is very helpful and professional when you have questions. Definitely a great company to do buisness with when looking to rent.
Have been living at one of their properties for almost 3 years now and have never had to put in any maintenance tickets. Except for after one of our recent hail storms that knocked out ac unit out and they came and got it taken care of the next day and it was back up and running before I even got home from work. I hope I have the same experience for some up and coming drywall repairs.
Just renewed our lease. Have been living here a year. Very fair and kind to the tenants. All maintenance and repairs are fixed immediately when asked. And doesn’t overcharge on rent. Have never had an issue. -Nicholas Anderson
