Stay away!!!!!!!! I’ve stayed in these apartments for about 8 months now. Biggest mistake moving over here. Every month something has gone out and needed replacing. Maintenance takes forever to come out. It’s a small property I don’t understand why it’s a slow response. The final straw with them; two months ago I put in a maintenance request for my closet that was leaking. The first maintenance guy came out and just looked at it. I called again and nothing was done! Stay away from this place Rude management, dirty pool with algae all over the walls.(closed half of the summer). Please don’t get fooled by the pictures posted on their site, because they were taken 8 years ago. God forbid if you have a maintenance issue, average response time is 3 to 7 days. And if you try to share ur concerns with management, they ll flatly tell you that they are too busy or they forgot to tell the maintenance guys.
