I’ve been living here for a few months now and can honestly say I truly love it here. I feel so at home being here. My view is amazing and my layout is spacious. The property location itself is a perk being near so many restaurants and the park. The staff is also great! I enjoy getting to chat with everyone every now and then. Just really makes my whole experience feel very welcoming. Definitely could see myself renewing here in the future or even upgrading into a larger space.
To be honest the apartment complex is a very nice looking piece of property, but is old with rocky elevators/leaks from ceilings. There communication is by far the worst Ive ever seen. There really good at getting into a lease but stop caring once your in it. They are rude when speaking with you and there tone diminishing. I’m surprised the apartment manager still has a job. She is not friendly so I hope you don’t have to engage her. Overall as a younger tenant here I don’t recommend.
