I don't usually leave reviews for places I don't live, but what happened to my close friend at 1900 Pacific Residences is outrageous, and I feel compelled to warn others. In March 2026, my friend posted a video of the leasing team parking in their paid, assigned spot. The video went viral – over 20 million views. Bellah got me in for a tour last minute and was able to show me multiple units + all amenities without hesitation! Definitely a complex I’d recommend for people in, or moving to Dallas.
Our residency here hasn’t been without its hiccups(Leaks, Parking Issues, etc.), but the team works hard to make it right.
