I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER WHO GOT A HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HAIR CUT ON 12-10-2015. WHY DID N H DO THIS TO ME? CAN'T STOP CRYING. THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT BUT POST MY UNHAPPINESS AND COVER MY MIRROR. HAIR IS SOOO SHORT. SHE MUST HAVE THOUGH I WANTED A MILITARY CUT ENHANCES MY CHUBBY FACE. THANKS FOR RUINING MY CHRISTMAS!!! HAVE NO DESIRE TO GO TO OUT. MY HUSBAND DOES NOT LIKE THE HAIRCUT. I DO NOT LIKE THE HAIRCUT. PROBABLY WILL NEVER RETURN. WILL TAKE 4-5 MONTHS FOR HAIR TO GROW OUT.
I have never had anything less than exceptional customer service here but tonight they went above and beyond! I called at closing time desperate to get in and get my coloring fixed. They told me to come on in and they took their time with me and provided the same exceptional customer care that I have always received.
