I bought my car back in the end of July.. told me they would have it ready in a week seeing as I was going out of town, they did not get it to me until August when I had to have my mom pick it up when I was out of town. Never received the paperwork for the warranty. Had to fight with them to send the title to the dmv, turns out "they don't do that" because I was switching to DC. I bought a car back in June 2025, they said they had just fixed the AC and everything was working. Now in the winter, I turn the heat on and only cold air comes out. I take it to the mechanic and tells me there was no motor heater control installed. I had been removed. Now finding one has been an issue, with the piece that being available, or the piece overpriced. Don't buy from this car dealer, and don't deal with Tommy. They are all "used car" salesman.
