I had a wonderful experience at the dentist today! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean, organized, and ran right on time, which I truly appreciated. The dentist and hygienist were both very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I will never go to this practice again. I paid upfront and filed with insurance but based on insurance adjustments, I overpaid by almost $349 and they refuse to refund me “claiming office fees”. My insurance and I have reached out multiple times to no avail and rude phone responses
