I've been going to Audra for multiple months in a row and booking each appointment in advance, and have been a loyal customer. Unfortunately, I had a last-minute task for work, and knew two hours in advance of my appointment then called 1890 without any answer, and rescheduled my appointment for today, where they notified my that I’ll be charged for two appointments. Professional and personal service. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their attention on making the clients feel special. Jairleen is outstanding at what she does and the scalp massage alone would be worthy of a trip to 1890 Men's Grooming! BUT, she does an excellent haircut as well!!
