The food was exultant and great service. piano man made the atmosphere perfect.

Our first time here last night enjoyed our steaks and the live music. Staff was running around like crazy due to prom night guests but all went well. Only complaint were the salads were a bit skimpy. Look forward to trying it again.
1884 is one of our favorite dinner spots in the area. Food has been consistently good as well as the service. We were just in recently and Shelly J. took excellent care of us. We are usually with our 5 yr old son and she was kind and helpful to our family! Overall the atmosphere is welcoming, food is good and service is friendly and professional!

I have visited 1884 many times now. The atmosphere is wonderful. Love the ambiance. The owners and staff are welcoming, engaging and very friendly too. Would highly recommend the sushi. Have ordered food that was not on the menu and was very graciously and happily accommodated. The bakery items are to die for. I will be returning again and again.
Server wasn't very friendly, maybe having a bad day. She warmed up a little as the meal went on. Bartender (?) Brandon was extremely friendly, and really tried to help. Slow service, which doesn't bug me on a lazy Sunday afternoon, but i do hate waiting for the check. Fries could've been hotter but they were real, not frozen, so that made up for it! Good panini and Caesar wrap. Best key lime pie I've had since moving here from south Florida. Will try again!
Really enjoy the atmosphere. Heard nice reviews about their daily menu. Decided to come in on St. Patty's Day for corned beef and cabbage as advertised on a 'word of mouth page'. Our plates were served lukewarm. Taylor apologized and went to get us fresh, hot plates. Watched the cooks throw new plates in the oven. So that tells me they don't keep it a proper temp, but we gave it another shot. It was warmer but not hot.
