Let's first start by saying that this is the best service we have received in very long time from any restaurant. Michael S (from the bar) was helping in the restaurant because of a few large parties. He was prompt, engaging and very attentive to our needs. This was my husbands first visit and my 5th or 6th visit. Everything is always fabulous coming out of the kitchen. My husband is already planning on another visit! "Mike poured the perfect Guiness" according to my husband.
We went to 1884 to celebrate my wife's birthday on a Sunday evening. We had an absolutely wonderful experience and an exceptional meal. Our waitress, Taylor, was very attentive and so much fun ... Her recommendations on food and drink, both, were spot on. From the Bloody Mary's to the Carrot Cake we enjoyed it all. Thanks for a lovely evening. We will definitely be back soon!
