DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KENT TAYLOR, SOLE OWNER OF 1881.COM INVESTMENTS. We went into contract for Deed in June, 2020. After a year of faithful payments he canceled our contract. He told us there were Deed issues. We contacted a real estate lawyer and they found no issue. Mr. Taylor would not give a straight answer. We filed a lawsuit claiming specific performance of the contract. Mr. Taylor evaded the officers that tried to serve him. After a couple months he was finally served. Total scammers, if not they have atrocious customer service. And wouldnt trust my money here. After asking for more than 30days (via email, asking at least 11 times), I could not get anyone from this place to call me and have a verbal conversation. I asked and begged even to have a live person call me. They won't do it. Scam Scam scam.. even shows in searches that others have had linked them to odd issues and law suits. Use at your own risk. Do not do business with this company. They knowingly sold me land right in the middle of a white supremist neighborhood and refused to give me money back. I am terrified and will sleep in my car before I move there
