Excellent experience! Carmen came recommended and lived up to her name! Very kind and talkative, able to cut and style even my unruly mane. Clove infused hot towel on the face was relaxing and a great touch. Hair washing was fluid and relaxing as well. Able to remove my shirt and put on a robe to avoid flyaways was great as well so I could hop out of the chair and head to work without worrying. Staff was nice and informative.
