Canceled on me literally 30 mins before my appointment because my barber was held up elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional; your inability to plan accordingly for your clients is not my problem. Should’ve listened to the other 1* reviews I read. Ridiculous.
Had an appointment booked via their website and I show up and they were literally Closed. Nobody answered the phone or anything. Traveled across town, took an Uber and back and the place wasn’t even open (despite having made a confirmed appointment online).
Erin L. did an AMAZING job on my hair and provided me with a lovely experience. She took her time and made sure to perfect every detail with precision while providing a comfortable experience. She provided suggestions for products based off of my current product usage and made sure to ask questions about my hair, hair type & any issues I’ve been having with it so that she could address everything during my appointment. Next time you book, book with Erin! I will be back.
