Great hotel and great staff. Had dinner at 1832 and everything was delicious!!
Staff, location, everything was exquisite. When I asked for extra blankets, they were delivered promptly. The location is fantastic. Genoa, is a small town that extended the best hospitality. Great local restaurants. Genoa is located about 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe and 45 minutes from Reno. The best of all worlds!
Great location with 7 monerial hot springs pools . On site restaurant was excellent too.
We had 2 rooms, was big enough for 2 families. Bathroom ceiling had a leak, poor patch job. Dishwasher flooded, they were quick to fix that. Secluded hotel, with lots of space for kids to run around.was ok.
I regret ever getting pulled into the presentation for their membership. It is NOT worth it, and they will not let us leave. Their customer service is also terrible at responding to emails. We just want this membership/account to be closed and to stop being billed for something we can’t use!
