We were disappointed with the entire experience. Hidden costs (we were assured the price when booking included all fees, then they charged a $40 “resort fee” once on site and wouldn’t do anything about it), the shameless attempt at selling us a timeshare upon check in (required to talk to the salespeople to get your parking pass!! Maintenance is outstanding
I am writing a review due to timeshare unavailability, the increase in fees that have exponentially exploded. My sister-in-law was misled into purchasing this interest as an elderly person who had no business traveling. I asked billing department about cancelling our account and they told me I should let it go to collections, which by the way ruins credit rating. I want to close this account and stop being charged fees.
