I went out in a limb and reached out to the staff at ReGenesis. After my initial consultation which was by phone (points for convenience for working mom) a lab request form was sent to the quest database so I could go to any quest lab as my schedule allows (bonus points here). Results were back with in the week and immediately I was contacted to set up a phone consultation with provider who would review my results.
