We had a perfect experience with Devonee Alfrey. She led us through every step of the process during a fast escrow. And we were not that much fun sometimes! Bottom line: we got the house we wanted at the price we wanted and came out feeling good. Plus, Devonee left us a thoughtful "Welcome Home" gift with all the stuff you need the first day in a new house - especially the bubbly (both for grownups and the kiddo!). What more could we ask for? Carol Farrar, Eric Farrar and all the staff at 1850 Realty are incredible. They walked us threw ever aspect of buy then selling our home. They are involved in even the littlest aspects of selling your home. If you don't use them in your real estate dealings then you are asking for trouble. They go well above and beyond what most Realtors will even try to do. Best I have seen in the industry.
Matthew was a great pleasure to work with. From the first day I met him I was imeadiatly impressed with how calm and patient he was. Carol and Eric are the best. 5 years ago they helped us sell our home in CA. It was a complicated sale that went great. Now we are in the process of moving from GA to IN and the lender was asking for paperwork from that sale. There was no chance I would find it given our stuff was all getting packed. Working with Laz was a joy...he was funny, very helpful and a go getter throughout our buying and selling adventure...yes...I said buying and selling. We found our forever home and he made it happen...and he sold our condo in two days!! Carol staged our condo and it looked awesome. Great people to work with!
Honestly Matt Caldera did an awesome job finding us a home. I can go on and on about his skills as a realtor. He responded quickly to any calls or emails we had at the time. He drove with us up and down San Diego many times to find us the right house and never complained about it. If I had to do it again, I would definitely give Matt a call. You won't be disappointed, we weren't.
