1845 title was the company our realtor unfortunately chose to do business with. They failed to fully research the title, causing a weeklong delay in closing (which they didn't communicate to us until the night before we were scheduled to close). During this weeklong delay, we were unable to secure the property, and someone broke in to smoke meth in the bathroom.
