I dropped off attending physicians' paperwork here to be filled out by Dr Tougas for a benefits claim for time off work from a procedure I had. It has now been just about 2 months with no word about it. My benefits claim has been closed during this time because its taken so long and every time I call to inquire they keep saying their working on the paperwork and will call me when its done.
