I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Carmen Pertrick & Dr. Danielle Tougas. Both doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and take the time to really listen. The entire team makes you feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment you walk in. Special shout out to Kodee for helping me navigate surgery and making the process so smooth! The front staff are amazing — always welcoming, kind, and organized. Thanks again!!
Very bad, inaccurate appointments, waiting for hours for the doctor to come and finally say sorry I'm late
Met Dr Tougas and felt very heard, unrushed and understood. Her multitasking skills quite amaze me. Shes worth the wait!!!!
Dr. Tougas is very good doctor, however, always late for my appointment, waited 1.5 hours for one appointment. Then 45 mins for another one. I feel like our time is as important as theirs.
