I wish I could give them a minus 100 but I order flowers for my Aunts funeral 3 day before the funeral and the day of the funeral I find out my flowers can’t be delivered or made cause no one to make them so I have no flowers for my Aunt I never got notified I wouldn’t have flowers there till I called them so I wouldn’t order from them ever they will drop the ball
Ordered flowers for a special occasion. Found out later that evening they were never delivered. When attempting to call I was required to leave my phone number and an assistant would call me back, well that NEVER happened. I attempted to use their online chat assistant, that was a complete waste of time!! They "couldnt understand anything I was saying". Absolutely no help. Website says my order is a replacement order with no eta of delivery. Not one email, text or call informing me of such. I just assumed my order was being ... read more

So they deliver flowers, but can’t change the delivery address after the order. Very bad and rude customer service
