One of the receptionists for Dr. Gorleh's office is very rude. However, Dr. Gorleh is a wonderful doctor that has helped me immensely.
The absolute worst staff ive ever seen. Since day one they gave me a card with a scheduled appointment and bokked the wrkng time and day in their office computer. Ive been rescheduled so the doctor can have his fridays off, then when re-re-re-resheduled i had the wrong time. The solution was to post pone 2 weeks again. 6 months go see the result of my bloodwork and they defended their actions by saying they called me when my call history shows thats a lie. And if they did, they never emailed or bothered to leave a coicemail.... read more
When I go to the doctor, it's because something is wrong. I have to argue with Doctor to something. Then he asks me what do you want me to do. Isn't he the Doctor? Turns out after some tests, I do have a problem. Problems with requisitions being sent out. Go for testing and they don't have any requisitions. Have to make a phone call to have it resent. This has happened a few times.
Dr Matthew is an awful Dr. I wouldn’t advise seeing him. He repeatedly neglects to refill important prescriptions. He should not be practicing medicine.
I have called in several times before there lunch and they do not pick up there calls. My mother at 95 years old needs to see Dr. Ogala for a check up. This has been on going and we are not rude ppl. I live out of country and it's very hard to get through to this office.
