If I could leave zero stars I would. Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Left a message back in the summer and still waiting for a call back. Ridiculous.
What's with the phones in these offices, sad I have to get in my car drive their to ask a question . Over 52 calls cant get threw. Bullshit!
One of the receptionists for Dr. Gorleh's office is very rude. However, Dr. Gorleh is a wonderful doctor that has helped me immensely.
The absolute worst staff ive ever seen. Since day one they gave me a card with a scheduled appointment and bokked the wrkng time and day in their office computer. Ive been rescheduled so the doctor can have his fridays off, then when re-re-re-resheduled i had the wrong time. The solution was to post pone 2 weeks again. 6 months go see the result of my bloodwork and they defended their actions by saying they called me when my call history shows thats a lie. And if they did, they never emailed or bothered to leave a coicemail.... read more
