Dr. Ogala is great. Always listens to concerns regarding myself and my daughter. Some of the staff, however, aren’t as great. I had a scheduled phone appointment for July 17, I found out later that he wasn’t able to work on that day and yet never got any phone call advising me of which, so I waited at the phone for hours for a call that didn’t come. We just got my sister's sons circumcision here and by far worst experience, they never told us when to give the sugar water, just placed us in the room. Never even gave us the option if we even wanted to be in there well they did the surgery, they just did it in front of us . Gave him to numbing needle less than 2 minutes before chopping him. Never showed us how to take the gauze off after 24 hours and just did it by ourselves which took over 20 minutes of him screaming because the gauze was stuck to his area. It also looks ... read more
