My experience with Dr. Manny’s office has been disappointing and unprofessional. On one occasion I arrived 18 minutes late with my six-month-old baby and was charged a $25 fee due to their 15-minute grace period policy. Another time, after missing an appointment eight months prior, I was told I couldn’t see the doctor that day unless I paid a $30 fee, with no prior notice. Horrible experience. Poor medical practice.
Dr. Emmanuel Onuoha is my daughter’s doctor and my wife brought her in last Friday with concerns of a broken or sprained foot he was very dismissive about our concerns my wife had to ask for an xray there has been no follow up from the doctors office and they have given us no suggestions on what to do for her to help the foot heal.
