There initial order from the doctor are very good, which I believe drives their higher ratings; once the initial order is filled it seemed everything breaks down. Getting a hold of someone seems impossible, even after giving up after calling and on hold over 40 minutes I go to their chat only to get a message their chat is not working. They will send an order confirmation for product you have not ordered, It is a frustrating process and poor communication after the initial order from the doctor. Jamie was very helpful through the whole process. I received my supplies in one day. It was effortless.
They add dats each month because of weekends and how many days in month. People who carh are running out of supplies. Get different e plantation every time. Also charge 4× what it cosy to buy if internet for same product because of insurance
