I have only lived at 18 Watercress Green for 6 months, but I am so grateful that I made that decision. My apartment home is spacious and beautifully laid out. I love my spacious 47 sq ft balcony. Dani, Carlee and Michelle have been so friendly, helpful and supportive in my relocating to this apartment complex. The maintenance crew and valet service engineers are awesome! My neighbors are kind, respectful and friendly. This is not just another apartment community; it is home, and you are made to feel like part of the family.
RecommendedStaffs are wonderful place is nice, well kept. I just don’t like the fact that these Mexicans keep painting the same spots just to climb our balcony and look in our window; it’s been over a week.I wish they would go away!
I’ve lived here for the past year and it’s been nothing short of amazing! The staff is wonderful and always a joy to talk to! The maintenance is top notch and I know they always want to make sure I’m happy in my home! The amenities are great; the pool is always clean and inviting, as well as the gym! My husband and I moved to Huntsville about a year ago. We were kind of nervous about finding a place, since we didn’t know Huntsville AT ALL. Thankfully, we came across Watercress on google. When we came to take a look at it we immediately knew that this was the right choice. It’s such a clean, secure and reliable place to live. We also get to enjoy an incredible pool, gym, outdoor grill, ping pong, billiards and Starbucks coffee! We have been here over a year, Michelle and Robin treat you more like friends or family than tenets. The whole complex buildings as well as grass and common areas are well maintained. Great place to live.
New to the neighborhood but so far the office staff and maintenance folks have been fantastic.We like the grounds and it's been reasonably quiet for a middle floor apartment. The neighbors have been friendly and the pool looks amazing. Being able to walk to the grocery store is also a nice option for a one car family. I can't see any reason not to call it a 5 star community.
