Staffs are wonderful place is nice, well kept. I just don’t like the fact that these Mexicans keep painting the same spots just to climb our balcony and look in our window; it’s been over a week.I wish they would go away!

I’ve lived here for the past year and it’s been nothing short of amazing! The staff is wonderful and always a joy to talk to! The maintenance is top notch and I know they always want to make sure I’m happy in my home! The amenities are great; the pool is always clean and inviting, as well as the gym! The clubhouse is so inviting and welcoming and the coffee bar is definitely a huge perk! My puppy Stella absolutely loves going to the dog park and playing with all her puppy pals!! Even though this is “apartment living” I couldn’t imagine a better place to call home! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I moved to Huntsville about a year ago. We were kind of nervous about finding a place, since we didn’t know Huntsville AT ALL. Thankfully, we came across Watercress on google. When we came to take a look at it we immediately knew that this was the right choice. It’s such a clean, secure and reliable place to live. We also get to enjoy an incredible pool, gym, outdoor grill, ping pong, billiards and Starbucks coffee! Whenever we had an issue and wrote a repair ticket, maintenance would be at our door in less than 24 hours. The apartments and incredibly well kept and we moved into a sparkling clean apartment. Not to mention, our neighbors are A M A Z I N G! We’ve made some incredible friends here. When we brought Lailah (our husky puppy) home, she immediately made other doggie friends. She sits on the porch and sticks her head out and our neighbors passing by talk to her and she talks back at them. That helped her socialize during COVID-19, which I’m super thankful for. Lailah also L O V E S the dog park. I’m still impressed by the size of it - 2 acres. There’s also a doggie spa where we bathe her! And a pond where we like to walk her. We’re also thankful for the management at Watercress who go far beyond their job descriptions to make us happy. They even give Lailah doggie treats! Anyway, we L O V E living here. We’re sad to be moving later this year, because our puppy needs a backyard. If you’re moving to Huntsville and are unsure about where to live like we were, check out Watercress. We have been here over a year, Michelle and Robin treat you more like friends or family than tenets. The whole complex buildings as well as grass and common areas are well maintained. Great place to live.

New to the neighborhood but so far the office staff and maintenance folks have been fantastic.We like the grounds and it's been reasonably quiet for a middle floor apartment. The neighbors have been friendly and the pool looks amazing. Being able to walk to the grocery store is also a nice option for a one car family. I can't see any reason not to call it a 5 star community.
