I’ve been here twice now, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing both times. The food itself is decent and I have no complaints about the quality, which is why I decided to give the restaurant another chance. However, the service experience makes it difficult to want to return. I had a very disappointing experience with my online pickup order. I placed my order online and arrived over 30 minutes later, only to be told that my food was not ready. I sat down and waited another 20 minutes before asking a waitress how much longer it would take.
